Shipping Policy

Matted Prints:

Under most circumstances we print your order within 24 hours after receiving it. All prints must then dry for 24 hours before being matted and shipped.  With the above timeframe in mind, your order will ship within 2-3 days of receiving it.  We use USPS priority mail.  You will be notified with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Photos on Aluminum:

Photos on aluminum are printed on demand by an outside printer.  We order your print as soon as we receive it.  Our printer normally prints orders within a week. They ship the order directly to you.  We will send you an email regarding the estimated shipping date.  We will notify you with tracking information when the order has been shipped.

Notecards:

Notecards are made to order.  We will begin your order as soon as we receive it.  Cards will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. We use USPS priority mail.  You will be notified with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Books & Other Physical Items:

We will ship these items within 24hrs of receiving your order. We use USPS priority mail.  You will be notified with tracking information when your order is shipped.
